No! We build everything from doggie doors to million dollar homes. We can design and build any project, no matter how big or small. We put the same kind of quality into every project we built – regardless of price.

What styles do you build?

The better question is this: What is your style? We can build all styles and we cater to all tastes. When doing business with The Bailey Company, we work to build your style. After all, it’s your home or office!

How do you determine your pricing?

We can either formulate our price using your already designed construction plans or we can design your project from scratch with your budget in mind.

How much do you cost? Are you expensive?

We are very competitively priced for the greater Springfield, MO area.

Do you offer builder financing?

No, we do not.

Do you have a lot you can sell to us?

No, we don’t do any land development anymore. But we will offer to help you find the right lot for you and your budget. It is important to involve the builder in the selection of a lot, so get us involved as soon as possible!

How many and what kinds of subcontractors do you use?

We have contractors in all lines of construction work. We don’t work with contractors unless they meet our high quality standards, and all contractors we work with carry insurance.
