The Bailey Company is a family company, with roots in the Ozarks going back nearly four decades. Founder Howard Bailey always believed in community involvement, and he passed those values onto his son, Matt Bailey – current president of The Bailey Company.

Today, we take community involvement as seriously as ever. We are a proud member of the Greater Springfield Home Builder’s Association, the American Red Cross, the American Heart Association, and the Greene County Environmental Board.

In addition to being the president of The Bailey Company, Matt Bailey is the president of the Greater Springfield HBA.
